Contact form: your name, email address and message. Orders (once the shop is active): name, delivery address and payment details. Technical logs: your IP address is stored briefly for security purposes.
3. Why do we use your data?
To reply to your message, to process an order and to keep the website secure. We never use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
4. Who do we share data with?
Only with the services needed to run this website: Resend (email delivery), Supabase and Cloudflare (hosting and database), and Stripe (payments, once the shop is active).
5. How long do we keep your data?
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Order data is kept for the legally required retention period.
6. Your rights and cookies
You may ask to view, correct or delete your data at any time via contact@richardpiat.com. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only your language preference and, for the artist, the admin session are stored — no consent banner is required for that.
